SALMON & CREAM CHEESE BAGEL
Serves 4
Ingredients
4 Bagels, sliced in half
8 slices of rindless Streaky Bacon
200 g Smoked Salmon Slices
100 g Cream Cheese
1 small Red Onion, peeled and sliced finely
Mango Chutney
1 Tbsp Capers, chopped
1 Tbsp Chives, chopped finely
1 Tbsp Rapeseed Oil
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
How to cook
Place the Streaky Bacon in a frying pan and cook in Rapeseed Oil until crispy
Remove from the pan and set aside on kitchen paper
Spread the Bagels with Cream Cheese
Arrange the Smoked Salmon slices equally on top of each Bagel
Sprinkle over the sliced Red Onion
Drizzle over a little Mango Chutney, let down slightly with a drop of water
Top with the crispy Bacon
Sprinkle over the Capers
Finish the open sandwich with a sprinkle of Chives and some Pepper
Arrange on serving plates with some crisps on the side
