Marinated Pork Kebabs

If marinated properly food will taste more flavourful on the surface and inside. Certainly heightens the taste of this pork


2 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
5 ml Dijon Mustard
Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper to taste
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Rapeseed Oil
1 Shallot, peeled and finely chopped
1 Pork Fillet, cubed
2 Peppers, cored, seeded and cut into small pieces


In a bowl mix together Oil, White Wine Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Mustard and Shallot with some Sea Salt & freshly Ground Black Pepper
Add the Pork cubes and mix to fully cover the Pork
Leave to marinate in the fridge for 3-4 hours, turning occasionally
Pre heat the Grill
Place the Pork cubes on to 4 metal skewers alternating with the Peppers
Place under the grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side, spooning over any remaining marinade
Serve with Savoury Rice and enjoy
