Piri Piri Chicken Wholemeal Wrap

Piri Piri sauce is a little spicy, a little sweet, a bit salty, and all around complex. It is like a little explosion of flavour in your mouth. The step that makes this chicken flavour central is the little crunch from the cabbage

Piri Piri Chicken Wholemeal Wrap


1 skinless Chicken Breast, cooked and sliced lengthways
50 ml Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Piri Piri Sauce, or to your taste
10 g Parsley leaves, chopped
10 g Mint leaves, chopped
8 Spring Onions, sliced
1 quarter Red Cabbage, sliced
2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
4 Wholemeal Wraps
Seasoning to your taste


Warm the Oven to 200 degrees C
Place the Red Cabbage in a large bowl and add the Cider Vinegar
Leave for 30 minutes and then drain
Combine all the remaining ingredients in the bowl and season to taste
Warm the Wraps for about 8 minutes in the oven or, in accordance with packet instructions
Divide the Chicken Piri Piri mixture between each Wrap
